Mirabela issue of unlisted incentive options

PERTH , Australia , Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Mirabela Nickel Limited (TSX: MNB, ASX: MBN). The Company has agreed to grant a total of 850,000 incentive options to be split amongst three key personnel involved in the commissioning of the Santa Rita Project, including Mr Bryan Hyde . The options will be exercisable at A$3.00 each into ordinary shares of the Company, on or before 30 June 2014 . The options will be subject to vesting conditions that include minimum periods of service. No directors will be participating in the issue of the incentive options.
