Millennium1 Solutions Wins Contact Centre of the Year at the ORCCA Contact Centre Excellence Awards Gala

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Millennium1 Solutions (referred to as "Millennium" or "M1S") was honored to be recognized at the 12th annual Ottawa Regional Contact Centre Association (ORCCA) Contact Centre Excellence Awards. 

The Ottawa Regional Contact Centre Association (ORCCA) honors businesses annually with its Contact Centre Excellence Awards. ORCCA's judges award businesses based on stringent criteria including a focus on people development, strong employee-engagement programs, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Millennium's Ottawa-based facility was named the 2015 Contact Centre of the Year in the medium to large (100+ agents) category.

Millennium's Ottawa site employs over 550 team members and is poised for further growth with more than 100 new agents joining their team in the fourth quarter.  This award highlights the success of the company's approach to focusing on both its customers and its employees.  With a bias towards customer experience and executional excellence, Millennium prides itself on its ability to help employees grow, with career development and robust employee engagement programs.  They are also strong supporters of each community they operate in, with a variety of community and charitable activities taking place in each location.   

In addition to their Contact Centre of the Year award, Millennium is also proud to have had several team members recognized with individual awards at the September 16th gala, including a Lifetime Achievement award for its CEO, Don Moffatt.
