Mr. Edick currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xeris Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company leveraging its novel technology platforms to develop and commercialize ready-to-use injectable and infusible drug formulations.

Prior to Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Edick was Founding Partner of 3G Advisors, a consultancy to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and healthcare investor communities. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Durata Therapeutics (acquired by Actavis plc in November 2014), a biopharmaceutical company developing antibiotics to treat infectious diseases. Prior to Durata, Mr. Edick was Chief Executive Officer of Ganic Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Ganic, Mr. Edick served as Chief Executive Officer at MedPointe Healthcare, Inc. where he oversaw the company's developments as it was eventually sold to Meda, AB. He also has extensive industry experience with leading consumer, pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations including Pharmacia and Searle Pharmaceuticals, where he led the commercialization and launch planning for Celebrex®. Mr. Edick currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Iterum Therapeutics Limited. Mr. Edick has previously served on a number of pharmaceutical and healthcare company boards including Circassia Pharmaceuticals Plc, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Durata Therapeutics, NewLink Genetics Corp., Neos Therapeutics, Inc. and PDL BioPharma, Inc. Mr. Edick received a B.A. degree in Psychology from Hamilton College.
