MFDA sets Hearing dates in the Matter of Piotr Lipski
TORONTO, July 21 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding against Piotr (Peter) Lipski by Notice of Hearing dated May 14, 2010.
As specified in the Notice of Hearing, the first appearance in this matter took place on July 20, 2010 before a three-member Hearing Panel of the MFDA's Pacific Regional Council.
The Hearing Panel directed that the next appearance in this proceeding will take place via teleconference on September 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) and the hearing on the merits will take place on October 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) at a venue to be announced. Both appearances will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
