MFDA Hearing Panel issues Decision and Reasons (Penalty) in the matter of Jack Comeau
TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the MFDA's Prairie Regional Council has issued its Decision and Reasons (Penalty) in connection with a disciplinary hearing held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in respect of Jack Louis Comeau.
A copy of the Decision and Reasons (Penalty) is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
