TORONTO, April 23, 2015 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Russell Chang (the "Respondent") by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated October 14, 2014.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled for April 27-30, 2015, will now take place on April 28-30, 2015, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) each day, or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the hearing room at Charest Reporting Inc., located at 1650 – 885 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in Richmond, British Columbia.
