LONGUEUIL, QC, Oct. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) wish to inform the public that one of two lanes of the Chåteauguay off ramp (Ramp 3) will be closed to traffic October 26 and 27 from 3:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Access to Highway 138 will still be possible on the single open lane but will cause slowdowns on the Châteauguay-bound direction of the Mercier Bridge.
Please note that the Mercier Bridge on ramp from Châteauguay (Ramp 4) also remains closed to traffic.
Drivers are encouraged to use the other bridges to the South Shore or to take public transportation during the roadwork.
