multi-platform digital plans of its Latin American content partner,
Vida Media, LLC ("Vida"). Vida is developing next-generation digital
lifestyle brands tailored to the Latin American marketplace, in
conjunction with major sponsors, content owners and subject-matter
experts. Vida focuses on producing branded original programming and
repurposing licensed content that will drive commerce through
merchandising efforts it is establishing with leading brands.
MeeMee and Vida's branded digital content networks will feature unique

categories in Latin America. TV Moda e Beleza will interview leading industry leaders, cover fashion shows and
demonstrate beauty and fashion tips using sponsor products. Interactive
features include emerging designer contests.
TV Exercicios/TV Ejercicios. Top fitness trainers lead viewers through a wide array of workouts:
Cardio and Aerobics, Celebrity workouts, Abs and Core, Strength
Training, Sculpt and Toning, Yoga & Pilates, Body Building, Dance
Fitness, Kickbox and Martial Arts, Workouts for Seniors & Kids.
Includes search for leading Latin American trainers.
BabyFirst TV. Vida Media recently announced its business development deal to
negotiate distribution deals for this world's leading baby-focused
content library and assist in merchandise and sponsorship deals.
TV Cozinha /TV Cocinar. Video recipes from the country's top chefs and cookbook authors.
Celebrities stop by the kitchen and share their love of food.
Categories will include: Entertaining tips and party foods; Appetizers,
entrees and desserts; Breads, soups, salads & sandwiches; Beginner
cooking lessons. Will include viewer recipe contests; and cookbook,
cookware and kitchen accessory sales.
Escola de Esporte/ Escuela de Deportes. Sports instruction and coaching for all major sports in all skills
levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced. Including: Soccer,
