MedQualis, a Canadian Clinical Research Organization Announces the Sale of its Biomedical Research Activities to the Division Keyrus Biopharma, Member of the Keyrus Group.

MONTREAL, Jan 20, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - MedQualis, a Canadian Clinical Research Organization company, located in Montreal, has entered into an agreement with the multinational Keyrus Group, a global player in consulting and performance management technologies holding a biopharmaceutical division. Indeed, the latter, already present in Europe and in the MENA region (Middle East - North Africa), has acquired its biomedical research activities. This transaction includes the Montreal office of MedQualis.
