Medline Canada Signs Agreement with Mohawk Medbuy to Provide Warehousing & Logistics Services for Southwestern Ontario

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 2, 2026 /CNW/ - Medline Canada is partnering with Mohawk Medbuy (MMC) in helping to expand its provincial Warehousing & Logistics Services. The goal of this partnership to enhance supply chain resiliency, improve service reliability and deliver cost efficiencies for Ontario hospitals.

This expansion responds to requests from hospitals west of London, including London Health Sciences Centre, Windsor Regional Hospital, Bluewater Health, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Erie Shores Healthcare and others in the region. These organizations already rely on MMC's national procurement contracts and have called for more robust logistics support.

In partnering with MMC, Medline Canada will leverage its Guelph-based Distribution Centre. Medline was selected following a rigorous, competitive RFP process initiated in fall 2025, ensuring a partner capable of delivering the high service levels and operational efficiencies that Ontario hospitals require. Implementation planning is underway, with transitions to the Medline Canada Distribution Centre expected to begin this fall.
