MediaNation Launches in Canada with an Authentic Marketing Voice

TORONTO, April 2, 2015 /CNW/ - MediaNation Inc. ("MediaNation") announced today that it has acquired Yocto Media Group and sheblogs Media as wholly owned subsidiaries of MediaNation.  In addition, crowdsocial, the review network with a vast database of consumers and influencers, will launch as a separate division under MediaNation. Win Ohn has been appointed as President/CEO of MediaNation.

MediaNation has launched a fourth division, Yocto Media Buying Services.  This division will manage strategic planning services for programmatic media buying and exclusive private exchange relationships. 

Through this acquisition, MediaNation will harness the audience and content generation of sheblogs Media, the programmatic technology of Yocto Media, the strategic partnership capabilities of Yocto Media Buying Services, and the amplification capability with the database of crowdsocial.
