Fields brings with him more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a specialty in emerging markets. Most recently, Fields founded Hoszu Inc., a Toronto-based consultancy helping ad-tech companies establish international footprints. Prior to Hoszu, he served as vice president of Canada at Mode Media, a content discovery and advertising platform. He was responsible for the Canadian office's consistent year-to-year growth and helped position other international offices for success, including Australia and China. Fields joined Mode Media from digital representation firm BBS Media, of which he was co-founder and managing partner, driving strategy and company vision.
