    What:  His Worship Mayor David Miller will launch the 40th Anniversary
           Celebrations honouring the founding of Toronto's first BIA
           (Business Improvement Areas).

    Who:   Among the 400 specially invited celebrants will be Toronto Mayors
           and Council Members of the last forty years
           Past and current MPP's and MP's
           Chairs & Presidents of the current 71 BIAs
           Dignitaries, Historians, & Celebrities

    When:  Saturday, April 17, 2010, 6:00 P.M. Reception, 7:30 P.M. Address

    Where: Bloor Street West at Windermere Avenue, Under the Big Top tent in
           the Green P Parking Lot behind the stores on the north side of
           Bloor Street West.
