MONTREAL, Aug. 3, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The media are invited to a press conference on Tuesday, August 7, when the results of an exploratory study on the electoral participation of Quebec youth will be revealed. The research was conducted by the Institut du Nouveau Monde (INM) for the Chief Electoral Officer of Quebec (CEOQ).
The study, which confirms certain apprehensions about the youth vote, will be presented in detail at the press conference. Also covered will be intervention strategies, including a viral web campaign using humorous video clips with prominent figures highly appreciated by young people.
The attendees will include Michel Venne and Geneviève Baril of the INM, as well as several well-known personalities who have agreed to take part in INM projects.
