MONTREAL, June 5, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - You are invited to the National Congress of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) in Montréal. The convention brings together estimators, quantity surveyors and representatives from companies and organizations which work in the construction economics field, under the theme of "Governance and Construction Economics."

Keynote speakers will address current issues such as legislative and regulatory changes in the construction industry (Yves-Thomas Dorval of the Conseil du patronat du Québec) and integrity standards for companies working on public contracts (Marc Samson, Treasury Council of Canada Secretariat).
