Media Advisory/Photo Op - St. Thomas elementary school reveals new outdoor classroom

ST. THOMAS, ON, June 18, 2015 /CNW/ -

Join CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO), Ontario Tire Stewardship (OTS), Auto Guys and Beamish Landscape Service for the unveiling of a new outdoor classroom, quiet reading space and garden at Elgin Court Public School.

The local elementary school is the second recipient of a $20,000 'Sustainable Revitalization' prize including recycled tire products and landscaping greenery to transform the schoolyard into an environmentally sustainable space.

It was all part of our 2013 RecycleDrive campaign. Out of 29 participating locations across southern Ontario, St. Thomas' Auto Guys, collected the most tires and won the opportunity of awarding the revitalization gift to a local school in need.
