The Government of Canada increases its support for minority-language education and second-language instruction through a new Protocol for Agreements for Minority-Language Education and Second-Language Instruction in Ontario
OTTAWA, ON, Oct. 3, 2025 /CNW/ - Marie-France Lalonde, Member of Parliament (Orléans) and the Honourable Mona Fortier, Member of Parliament (Ottawa–Vanier–Gloucester), will make an announcement on Monday about minority-language education and second-language instruction. They will make this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Steven Guilbault, Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages.
