MEDIA ADVISORY - Parliamentary Secretary Casey to announce investment in workforce training to support the life sciences and biomanufacturing sector

GATINEAU, QC, Aug. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- Sean Casey, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament for Charlottetown, will announce funding to the Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Life Sciences under the Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program.

The announcement is being made on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Jobs and Families and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario.
