The first pertains to a communiqué about federal transfers for health issued by Canada's premiers at the meeting of the Council of the Federation. The second statement welcomes the release of the final report of the Advisory Panel on Healthcare Innovation.

HEAL is a coalition of 39 national health and consumer associations and organizations dedicated to protecting and strengthening Canada's health system.
