HALIFAX, NS, July 15, 2025 /CNW/ - The Halifax Port Authority and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) are pleased to invite members of the media to the ceremonial opening of the Marine Container Examination Facility (MCEF) in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
