Media advisory - Governor General to invest 59 members of the Canadian Armed Forces into the Order of Military Merit

OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- Her Excellency the Right Honourable Louise Arbour, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, will invest 4 Commanders (C.M.M.), 9 Officers (O.M.M.) and 46 Members (M.M.M.) into the Order of Military Merit during a ceremony at Rideau Hall on November 5, 2026.

• This is the first time that Governor General Arbour will be presiding over an Order of Military Merit ceremony.
