OTTAWA, ON, Aug. 6, 2026 /CNW/ -- Her Excellency the Right Honourable Louise Arbour, Governor General of Canada, will attend the 150^th commemoration of the signing of Treaty 6, co-hosted by Pêmiska Tourism and the Office of the Treaty Commissioner, on August 23, 2026, at Fort Carlton Provincial Historic Park in Saskatchewan.

The Governor General will deliver short remarks during the event.
