OTTAWA, ON, Dec. 3, 2025 /CNW/ - Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) will publish new data and analysis on municipal development charges and fees on Thursday, Dec 4 at 10:00 AM ET.
In the article, CMHC's Chief Economist, Mathieu Laberge will analyze new data, made possible by the Modernizing Housing Data Initiative, on development charges and fees across 30 municipalities in Canada, as well as alternative options to fund municipal infrastructure.
