The report provides an updated outlook for Canada's economy, housing market and rental market through 2028. It assesses how slower population growth, economic uncertainty, and borrowing costs are influencing housing demand and market activity. Along with a national outlook, the HMO Mid-Year Update provides regional forecasts and detailed forecasting data for 18 markets across the country.
