Media Advisory - Visitors will need a flashlight at the National Gallery of

OTTAWA, Nov. 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) will be providing flashlights to the teachers visiting the National Gallery of Canada on Thursday November 5, 2009.

The teachers will need the flashlights because visitors at the Gallery will be left in the dark. The Gallery has laid off all its Educators/Guides and will no longer be able to provide interactive, in-depth tours of special exhibitions and the permanent collection from informed and experienced educators.
