Media Advisory - Top Chefs Gather for Grate Canadian Grilled Cheese Cook-Off

TORONTO, Aug. 24 /CNW/ - Cheese lovers everywhere are invited to the Canadian National Exhibition to take in Dairy Farmers of Canada's Grate Canadian Grilled Cheese Cook-Off. Four top chefs from across Canada will each prepare two original, mouthwatering grilled cheese recipes, which will be judged by a panel of Canada's leading food writers that includes Lucy Waverman, Rita DeMontis and Corey Mintz.

Chef Corbin Tomaszeski, Holt's Café, Toronto, ON
Chef Michael Howell, The Tempest Restaurant, Wolfville, NS
Chef Paul Rogalski, Rouge Restaurant, Calgary, AB


All four chefs will be battling it out to see whose grilled cheese creation will be judged the "gratest". Following the competition, grilled cheese samples will be served to the crowd.
