CALGARY, Dec. 7, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable Brad Wall, Premier of Saskatchewan;  Dr. Ilene Busch-Vishniac, President of the University of Saskatchewan and William J. Doyle, President & CEO of PotashCorp will participate in a signing ceremony to formalize a major funding partnership for a Saskatchewan-based and led global food security institute.
