TORONTO, June 7 /CNW/ - The Toronto District School Board has completed one of the largest transactions of its kind - the Board's first - to sell carbon credits to the Greening Canada Fund, managed by Green Power Action Inc.

    -  How this win-win arrangement permits TDSB to invest an incremental
       $1.75 million in projects to help it meet its "Go Green - Climate
       Change Action Plan" goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions
