CORNWALL, ON, Aug. 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and New York Power Authority (NYPA) will mark the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Moses-Saunders Dam with a cross border celebration.  Officials from both OPG and NYPA will take part in a ceremony in the middle of the dam at the International Friendship Monument.
