MONTREAL, May 9, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Power Financial Corporation's (TSX: PWF) Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 11 a.m., local time, at the Fairmont Hotel, Winnipeg Ballroom, 2 Lombard Place, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A brief photo session will precede the meeting. Please note that electronic equipment will only be allowed in the room during the photo session, and not during the actual meeting.
