TORONTO, March 8 /CNW/ - Tonight two former senior cabinet ministers and two of Canada's best-known political journalists will debate the future of Canada's democratic system at 'Parliament 2010: Prorogation & Beyond,' a forum co-hosted organized by the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy and the University of Toronto's Munk Centre for International Studies.
