Media Advisory - Ontario Nurses' Association Launch Event
TORONTO, Feb. 7, 2014 /CNW/ - The Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) will hold a stakeholder event as it launches a new multi-media ad campaign.
Members of the media are invited to attend the event, being held at Oakham House in Toronto on Monday.
ONA President Linda Haslam-Stroud, RN, the ONA Board of Directors, Ryerson University nursing faculty, ONA front-line members, staff and nursing students will be on hand at the Oakham Lounge, at Oakham House at Ryerson University at 10 am.
Haslam-Stroud will be available for interviews. The event will also be available on YouTube at a later date.
ONA is the union representing 60,000 registered nurses and allied health professionals, as well as more than 14,000 nursing student affiliates providing care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, public health, the community, clinics and industry.
