Media Advisory - Ontario Health Minister to Make Brief Remarks to ONA Front-Line Nurses Tomorrow
TORONTO, Nov. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - The 1,000 front-line registered nurses and allied health professionals meeting at the Toronto Westin Harbour Castle Hilton Hotel this week for the Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) 2014 Biennial Convention will hear from Minister of Health and Long-Term Care Dr. Eric Hoskins tomorrow morning.
The minister is scheduled to speak at 9:45 am on Wednesday in the Metropolitan Ballroom. Hoskins will make brief remarks to the ONA members.
ONA is the union representing 60,000 registered nurses and allied health professionals, as well as more than 14,000 nursing student affiliates providing care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, public health, the community, clinics and industry.
