OTTAWA, April 9 /CNW Telbec/ - The Interim Information Commissioner of Canada, Ms Suzanne Legault, will be tabling her Special Report entitled Out of Time: Report Cards 2008-2009 and Systemic Issues Affecting Access to Information in Canada to Parliament Tuesday, April 13.

The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) will be holding a technical briefing April 13, at 10:00 a.m. which will be immediately followed by a news conference at 11:00 a.m.
