HALIFAX , Oct. 19 /CNW/ - Representatives from the Canadian Federation of Students-Nova Scotia will be available to comment on the annual Statistics Canada report on tuition fees, to be released tomorrow. Tuition fees in Nova Scotia are currently the highest in Canada with the average undergraduate student's fees totalling just under $6 , 000.
