Hundreds of concerned citizens
Why: There is opposition at all levels of government to Ontario's plan
to build massive gas-fired power plants in Oakville and King with
no buffer zones and no consideration of the impact on
communities. Concerned citizens and elected officials will gather
to call on Premier McGuinty to establish health and safety
regulations for gas plants.
