WINNIPEG, May 2, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable Steven Fletcher, Minister of State (Transport) and Member of Parliament for Charleswood - St. James - Assiniboia, will join Susan Margles, VP Government Relations, Canada Post, for the unveiling of a stamp to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the establishment of the Red River Settlement.
