Cossette recently reached an important milestone in its history by joining forces with the BlueFocus Group, allowing it to implement an ambitious North American and international growth plan. Cossette's business model has continued to evolve over the past 40 years, but its corporate culture of entrepreneurship has remained unchanged. Melanie Dunn, who has been at the helm of the company since 2013, will be providing a behind-the-scenes view of the transaction and describing the major changes that moulded Cossette into what it is today: Canada's leading marketing communications agency.
