           celebration of the grand opening of the David Braley Cardiac,
           Vascular and Stroke Research Institute.

           The Research Institute is located directly north of the hospital
           between Copeland Avenue and Birge Street - entrance to the
           Research Institute is on Copeland Avenue

           Dr. Alain Beaudet, President and CEO, Canadian Institutes for

           Dr. Salim Yusuf, Vice-President of Research and Chief Scientific
           Officer at Hamilton Health Sciences, and Executive Director of the
           Population Health Research Institute

           Research Institute

This new modern Institute is home to two world-renowned research teams led by Dr. Yusuf and Dr. Weitz. Together, these teams are finding new solutions to global health problems and impacting the lives of millions of individuals around the world.
