3:15 p.m.	The Prime Minister will deliver a statement in the House of Commons on the first anniversary of the fatal shooting at the Centre culturel islamique de Québec.
Québec, Quebec
6:30 p.m.	The Prime Minister will attend a vigil for victims of the fatal shooting at the Centre culturel islamique de Québec and will deliver remarks.
