"How auto insurance reform worked for Nova Scotia"

HALIFAX, Feb. 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Media are invited to join Nova Scotia native Don Forgeron, President and CEO of Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), at a Halifax Chamber of Commerce event where he will speak on how Nova Scotia successfully reformed its auto insurance product.

Auto insurance rates in Nova Scotia are among the lowest in the country, having dropped 27% since 2003. In his speech, Mr. Forgeron will discuss how hard work, leadership and cooperation between the property and casualty insurance industry and government helped the province build a sustainable, affordable private auto insurance product.
