Media Advisory - Grade 11 class kicks off Feel Good Ripple within community

EDMONTON, Oct. 7 /CNW/ - Servus Credit Union invites media to attend a media conference, including a student presentation and photo opportunity, to kick off the launch of a grassroots community initiative that inspires Albertans to extend kind gestures to one another, called the Feel Good Ripple, to help create better communities.

An Edmonton Grade 11 classroom has been asked to go out into the community to make someone's day and experience for themselves how it feels to do a good deed and start a Feel Good Ripple. On October 14, they will be sharing their experience through a visual presentation of their choice.

              Sign in at Main Office, and you will be directed to
              Chris Johnston's Grade 11 classroom

              Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Student presentations
              to start promptly at 10:30 a.m.

    WHY:      We believe it's possible to change the world by starting small.
              It's about creating a strong community though simple gestures
              and encouraging others to do the same. Teens are an important
              part of the community and the future leaders of tomorrow. Their
