VANCOUVER, March 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Dr.Colin Carrie, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment, on behalf of the Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of the Environment and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, and the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada will take part in a ceremony commemorating the national historic significance of the Canadian Arctic Expedition of 1913 to 1918.
