GATINEAU, QC, Dec. 7, 2016 /CNW/ - As Chiefs from across Canada gather at the Assembly of First Nations Special Chiefs Assembly this week in Gatineau in Algonquin Territory, numerous First Nation Chiefs from across Canada that are part of the Treaty Alliance Against Tar Sands Expansion will be making a statement regarding their fight against the Kinder Morgan and Line 3 Tar Sands pipelines. Since the two pipelines were approved by the Federal government, First Nations' resolve has only grown stronger across the country.
