OTTAWA, Feb. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - The President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), Mayor Basil Stewart of Summerside, P.E.I., will be on Parliament Hill on Thursday March 4 to provide municipal government reaction to the federal budget.

    WHAT:  FCM President Basil Stewart provides municipal government reaction
           to the federal budget.

    WHEN:  March 4 approx. 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

    WHERE: Parliament Hill, 253-D, Centre Block (Railway Room)
