Media advisory - Education Milestone Achieved with Anishinabek First Nations

CHIPPEWAS OF RAMA FIRST NATION, Aug. 15, 2017 /CNW/ - Please be advised that the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs will join Anishinabek Nation Grand Council Chief, Patrick (Wedaseh) Madahbee and the Honourable Mitzie Hunter, Ontario Minister of Education, at a special event to celebrate the signing of a historic education self-government agreement.

Minister Bennett, Grand Council Chief Madahbee and Minister Hunter will be available for a brief media availability following the event.

Please note that members of the media will be required to register with hotel security upon arrival.
