TORONTO , Nov. 24 /CNW/ - Research findings from the first nine years of Toronto First Duty, the program template for Ontario's recently announced full day early learning initiative, will be released at a briefing on Thursday, November 26, 2009 .

Principal researcher Carl Corter will link the key research lessons from Toronto First Duty with the Ontario government's plan to implement full day early learning for children throughout the province.
