Media Advisory - Early learning partnership provides promising start for
children

CHARLOTTETOWN, Nov. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - School, health and community partners have joined here to create a birth-to-school child and family program designed to give children the smart start they need for school and for life.

The official launch of Smart Start takes place December 4, 11 a.m. at Prince Street School . Speakers include:

    Hon. Margaret McCain, announcing the Margaret and Wallace McCain Family
