Media Advisory - Christmas tree to be presented to Lieutenant Governor

TORONTO , Dec. 7 /CNW/ - On Monday, 7 December, representatives of the Ontario Forestry Association will present an Ontario-grown Christmas tree to the Hon. David C. Onley, to usher in the holiday season at Queen's Park. The decorated tree will adorn the Drawing Room of the Lieutenant Governor 's Suite, where it will be viewed by hundreds of guests as well as schoolchildren and members of the public taking guided tours of Queen's Park. The Lieutenant Governor will also hand out certificates to the winners of the Ontario Forestry Association's annual Envirothon and Tree Bee winners.
