    BACKGROUND: Launched in 1958, Canadian Tire "Money" is the oldest and
                most well-known loyalty programs in the country. Customers
                earn Canadian Tire 'Money' at Canadian Tire stores and gas
                bars across the country, as well as electronically when they
                use their Canadian Tire Options(R) MasterCard(R) at the more
                than 24 million locations around the world that MasterCard is
                accepted. More than $100 million dollars in Canadian Tire
                'Money' rewards are distributed every year, driving Canadian
                Tire customers back into the store to buy whatever they
